Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM 2nd December 2011 and supported us throughout the year Big thank you to all the volunteers who made a valuable contribution to the bureau and its work over the last 12 months
Citizens Advice wants to find out how people access cash from bank, building society and post office card accounts. We’ve produced a short survey to help us gather information about this. It won’t take long to complete and what we learn from it will help us work to ensure vulnerable consumers have easy access to their cash. The survey is anonymous. But if people want to tell us more about how they access cash, the accounts they use or the problems they’ve had they can. All they need to do is tick a box and tell us how we can contact them. How do I get hold of the survey? You can fill out the survey on-line at www.surveymonkey.com/s/accesstocash or www.surveymonkey.com/s/Caelgafaelareicharianparod Who should complete the survey?
We want to hear from as many people as possible. If you are a service users, client or if you come to Swansea CAB waiting room or you attend financial capability groups – between now and the end of February 2012 you can complete the survey. This will give us a lot of information about a wide range of people and help us get the most out of this research. How to return the completed surveys
If you complete it at Swansea CAB, hand it into reception. Online surveys will automatically be logged with Citizens Advice Additional follow up research
We want to hear from as many people as possible and learn as much as possible about how they access cash and how they’d be affected if they couldn’t access free cash machines. By speaking to real people we’d be able to get a real feel for the issues and problem they face. Campaigning for change
Once we’ve analysed the results of this survey we may need your help to campaign for change. If we do we’ll let you know as soon as possible and do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you to get involved and make a difference.
Please accept our sincere thanks in advance for helping us with this work - we know you are all very busy so your help with this is greatly appreciated.
